According to the SPID: Paint - 14533AD White/Light Green

As far as the actual paint codes, I have found tpcglobal.com to be accurate for these old trucks. I can't access the site right now (work constraints) but check out their site (tpcglobal.com) and then they have an entire internet library of any make/model you need. Select 1969 Chevy Truck and it should bring up the paint chip chart, and then a second page with paint code info. Sorry I don't have it saved, or else I would post it up.

EDIT - if I don't see you post back before tomorrow morning, I will try to get them for you tonight.
