I've been told my deep dish rims will ruin my wheel bearings every 2 to 3 thousand miles, but it came like that, so I'll find out the same way I learn everything else.
Worst case scenario ... I'll get really good at changing wheel bearings. Hah!
I was also told that the law will be after me for the dark tint on the windows.
We'll see, I'm not going to start turning it into something else just because of someone else's opinion. I kinda like the tinted windows.
The new glass packs didn't quiet it down much, but it sure sounds sweet.
It's not like that's a moving violation.
It's funny ... I've only ran 2 tanks of gas through it, and people are telling me all sorts of things I simply MUST change.
I'm thinking any changes I make will be strictly for my own satisfaction.
If it ever needs a repaint, I'm a sucker for red and cream.
I bought an Austin Mini for commuting to work 6 years ago and it needed nothing, but 6 years later, it was drastically different.
