All the rusty bolts I had, I just used a vise grip on them. Grip on the bottom half, then bend back n' forth till they broke. They are all just low grade steel carriage bolts, so a couple bends back 'n forth busted them in half.

Never cut into the wood floor to take the body off, but only had to because I didn't know better on the proper way to disassemble it from the body.

Once I figured it out after the wood was out, I kicked myself for the extra work I created for myself. But, no big loss since my wood floor was messed up anyways.

If you can't get to them from the bottom, then a small diameter hole saw with out the drill bit is probably the best bet.
