Quick shot of me putting the ole' truck to work...hauling a 63 caddy carcass.

The truck is bone stock with 350/350 and 3.07 gears.
How hard is it to swap to 3.73's?
Also might be interested in a 700r4 swap, is this pretty simple or require alot of mods?
