Full foam is a more plush seat than the base model seat...not really FULL foam as the name inplies though.
I don't have my books here with me, but the cheyenne package is something like 15 or so small options (mostly bright work as stated above) that is the highest option package (untill the cheyenne super came out anyways). The cargo lamp is part of that package.
