You could use the spindles, rotors, calipers, etc. on your truck. You would just need to change your C10 lower control arms for a set of C20 lower control arms. There are details in the thread than Markeb01 linked to. It's the one about converting to 6 lug disc's using factory parts. The spindles on the truck you're talking about are the same as long as they are 5 lug or thr 6 lug light duty 3/4 ton. But be aware that the rear ends on the '88 and up trucks are a bit wider than the '71-'87's and a lot wider than the '63-'70's.
Thanks for the info! my 66 is a c-20. this truck im looking at is a 6 lug 3/4 ton. i dont know what to do. will te power stering from the 88 work? i kinda wanted to keep my truck 8 lug, but this truck i'm looking at is only $500
