I just ordered a new th350 from Jegs - it was cheaper than a rebuild to hold 400+hp

If you have anything other then that though(th400/200r4/700r4), it will be cheaper to rebuild...

For the rear end try Randy's Ring and Pinion - they are 'the' place to take it, but aren't cheap...
