I towed with my C10 for about 10 years then bought a 06 F250 new to tow with. Kept it for 3 years and sold it to tow with my C10 again. And yes I tow a car trailer with my car on it and the bed loaded too. And we do tow all over the country. We live in FL and have towed to CA, OH, IN about 4 times, NY, PA, WI, TX and Im sure a few other places.
