I just dropped my headliner off at the local upholstery shop that rebuilt my seat. $55 for OEM like headliner. It turns out that my headliner is on a soft fiberglass base (like dense insulation) - made it easy to remove (did not have to remove the seat belt bolts (impossible to turn out). However, there is a residue of the old liner stuck to the fiberglass which the upholsterer said had to stay on the fiberglass, because the new liner material would not stick to the fiberglass well. So, I figured I would leave this in the hands of a professional.
The only kits I saw were like $40 - $55 with shipping. Too bad I did not see the cheapo Ebay post below first.
