So I looked under the hood, and there's a wire coming off the harness on the vacuum switch that has a plug on it, and nothing's plugged into it. I'm not sure where it's supposed to go but I thought maybe this might have something to do with it. Is this extra wire supposed to have constant/switched power? It has a red/orange colored plug.
