on our trucks the sides of the bed bolt into the wheel tubs floorboard rear wall etc. this is a skin it means it wont bolt in you have to cut up your existing bedside and glue this thing in
as for getting rid ofthe taillight holes there is a piece of plastic or metal or maybe even glass you can buy seperately and cover up the holes then put fiberglass or filler over it to make it smooth
my advice stick to metal bedsides
