If you need the NEMA 6-50R and 6-50P (50 amp receptacle and plug) they were a bit** to find for me. For some reason Home Depot has the R but not the P. Likewise the electrical supply house has the P and not the R. It took too much time and running around to get them both. With those and about 40' of SJOO? 10/3 cable It cost about $85 total. That's the cheapest I could do it and believe me if I can save a buck I will. Now if you're using a dryer end for a receptacle you could save about $10.
