wancosc356 said everything I was thinking, and no doubt said it better than I would have. It's only worth more if that's what you want -- probably not $2K more, and not that many people want a SAS. Dealers will definitely deduct at trade-in time... IF they will take it at all.
In the end, what matters is if it's worth it to you.
