Do you have the special tools to do this job? If you dont, dont mess with it. It may look easy but rear diffs are the one place you dont want to experiment with, or you will be setting on the road waiting for a tow......Also 3.73 with that drive train combo will be real bad on gas. Turning high RPMS at 60/70 MPH.
