There is one other thing that you may have to do but I am not sure with the TH350. My '67 3/4 had a 3 spd and I put in a SM465 4 spd. My '67 floor pan was one piece with a low hump. I had to cut out the hump and use a bolt in tall hump from a 4 spd cab. I read that the TH400 also requires the tall bolt in hump. The TH400 is slightly bigger than the TH350 so again I am not sure there.
