I wouldn't say NOS. NOS means NEW (old stock). The part in the pic looks used. However, it looks exactly like the ram horn that's on my '69 (a short water pump 350ci). The outlet is the correct curved version. And it doesn't have an accessory bracket, both good signs that it's what you want. The 'Vette ram horns have a straight (larger) outlet. And some of the earlier ram horns have accessory brackets cast into them. Later ones had ports for the AIR injection system.

I don't have a parts lookup or a casting number book with me right now. So someone else will have to look that up for you. But by sheer looks alone, it appears to be correct.
