At one point, GM switched from mounting the belt accessories to the manifolds to mounting them to the bosses in the heads. I think this change took place in the late 60's. I'll look it up in my books at home to give you the exact date. But I think the ones in the 2nd pic are from a much older SBC car (or truck?). It also appears that you have a spacer on the top manifold (2nd pic) which is for the valve that would close when the engine was cold. Often times these valves seize up and are replaced with a spacer. (Can't tell if yours is only a spacer or a hollowed-out valve)

For a 69+ truck, I would say no to the 2nd pic for sure. I know by '69 those accessory mounts were all but gone on the manifold except for MAYBE the 'Vette, and even that I'm not sure without my book.
