I agree with Gee_Em regarding further evidence and condition. Assuming it is <20K and it appears to be a low mileage original (No rust, minimal body blemishes) then the price is fair IMO.
I base that on comparision to what a comparable "modern" 4x4 would sell for plus the fact that an unmolested original has far more appeal to me than somebody's modified project in equal condition.
I think the long-step bed would be a negative for most people, but on a 4x4 they seem more in proportion than on a 2wd. I think it has a lot more going for it than just the 4x4.
You'd still have to expect to go through it and replace seals, hoses, etc due to age and dry rot.
I hope it goes to a good home where it will be respected for the "time capsule" it is and not lifted and the 292 junked in favor of a 454BB (though those things are cool to do if ya gotta rebuild it from the ground up anyway).
