This should be doable, but you might need some oddball rotors, like from a Vette or early full size passenger car with discs. Normal Camaro rotors are smaller, about 11".
You can usually get custom shafts for most rears, but if not, you can have your present shafts welded and re-drilled. For that matter, it might be possible to redrill the fronts if nothing else works
For starts, what year and model truck do you have? If it's not a 71-72, how did you put the discs on it?
