2 at the cowl, 2 above the top hinge of each door, 2 at the center of the bottom of the fender, 2 at the core support, 4 (2 apiece) on the inner fenders. Unless you yank the wheels off, it is going to be a pain to pull the whole clip off without harming it. In addition, you might want to remove the hood, washer hoses, and unplug the harness from the firewall, and remove the heater hoses.
Other bolts, about 8 (per side) along the inner fender w/3 across the core support. Another 10 (per side) along the core support 2 of which hide under the hood support........ you got the picture right
