The Miller 110 is plenty for the frame. It should do up to 3/16" steel on the highest setting. These frames are 1/8" or so. It will be fine. If you can, weld the inside and the outside seam.

You need to trust your welding more than the machine. When set properly, you shouldnt have any problems. Do a test piece and check your welding penetration
