Actually you are not looking for a screw in pivot ball if you are building a 2wd and are putting the small back in the correct v-8 position. The screw in is for 4x4's. You need one that sits on a flat plate bracket that bolts to the 2 bosses in the engine block designed for the cluch pivot ball. In addition, the bracket for the z-bar on the frame is different from the I6 as is the z-bar and clutch rod. Basically you need the entire setup from clutch to fork off a small block standard truck. Again, the big assumption is correct v8 position and 2wd.

I don't have part #'s but your best bet is to find another member who is parting such a beast.
