Sure the wider ones will fit, but they are technically the wrong size...and I wouldn't run them...they wont "hug" the axle like the correct sized 3" ones will.
I bought new ones locally.
Don't ever re-use your old u-bolts either...especially since new ones are cheap and you already ave them out.
