(and he has no deposit) the 15th. The owner said if I got there first with that same amount I could have the Burb. I told him my offer stands and he said that if the other person didn't show on the 15th. then I could have it for my offer, which is why I say we are 500 apart. I know lots of people who've tired to do that and get an extra 500 bucks or w/e out of me.. funny thing the 'other guy' never shows up.. haha
