Re: front clip removal
FAQ has a good write-up on all the bolts that need to be removed.
I removed my entire front clip: hood, inner fenders, outer fenders, grille, rad support. Left it together as one unit. This way all of the sheetmetal gaps are maintained when reassembled. Here are some pics:
