I've done that twice!
a few things to get caught up on...
the chrome bezels around washer and lights
the speedo cable
the oil pressure cable/line(the one I forgot about twice!)[also did you know that the 'U' in the word 'custom' from the side badging will work as a wrench to get the oil p line unscrewed?!]
the steering column retainer thing (under column)
there's something else but I can't think of it now... good luck.
