Wow.. in N.J.. I can't believe that inspection test.. sheesh.. my horn doesn't work..... wonder if that means I'd fail?? LOL all we have to do here is pass the smog check.. pay yearly reg. fee's for plate tags, and adios.... If whole vehicle inspections were the case.. a lot of Californian's would be in BAAAAAD shape... LOL
