no problem, if i remember right 10 pounds per 1000 rpm is enough per the engineers who designed it a million years ago. If you had more i would be worried, my 406 in my 10 inch tire drag truck would go from 80 pounds to about 10 right about the finish line at the dragstrip. it was a high volume/pressure and was sucking the pan dry, but i was turning it 8300 rpm.
