Just got to sort out if I can fit a stock HEI or whether I need to convert the twin point mallory to electronic with an external coil and then finish cleaning up and painting all the odd little brackets etc and refit them. I've even got a cool little direct mount moon temp guage to go in one hole on the manifold. The Mickey T valve covers are getting soda blasted as we speak and then I can either polish or paint them. |
Looks good. Even with the v8 in the rear position (with good motor mounts), the HEI will fit. You should take the cap off to install anyway and it will give you more clearance. If it's intake manifold interference you're worried about I won't be any help with the EPS. Performer works fine.
