that's hilarious, sad but hilarious.

I deal with O'Reilly mainly for the name brand parts. I got to where I look the parts up on the website, and then just go in and rattle off the part numbers that I want so I don't have to go through the whole. Is it a 2wd, 4wd, is the left front lug nut tight, etc....

I also get stuff from Autozone, but not as much. The employees are only a little better there.

I have heard a lot of great things about Advance Auto Parts though, but the closest one is quite a drive from me. I'm hoping they will build one close soon.
