Sweet project !!
I found it was easiest to grind off the heads then use a BFH and punch or an air chisel with a punch point.
I did drill a couple of them out that I could not reach with a grinder.
Any machine shop or welding shop with a arbor press can pop out the bottom ball joint and press in the new one. Check the control arm bushings while you have it apart.
I used CPP for my spindles and rotors . I changed the front crossmember from a 71 and wanted to stay 6 lug wheels . I have bought other things from POL before and always had good service.
