It really would be hard to just pick one, but seein's how I'm installing a roll cage and coil overs in the '70 right now I would have to say about half my air tools w/accessories, bench and hand held grinders, wire feed, numerous measuring devices....and then after it's all installed my new favorite tools will be all the spray equipment to paint it to match the rest of the truck....and then....and then...you get the idea, they're all favorites.
I guess any time saving tool would be a fav. including the lights out in the shop because one tool I never seem to have enough of is time!
