Well, I still think this back-and-forth stuff on the board is a bit ridiculous, but to be honest I didn't equate him with the guy you were talking about until now. Needless to say I think it's up to you to get this worked out, and it needs to stop plaguing the board. If you and the admins come to an agreement with this guy, or you figure out a way to get your $$ back that's great, but I'm not going to start keeping a list of board members I refuse to help because of various disagreements I'm not involved in. It's a bit out of my realm to think that way in the first place.
