I think the "pay up or else, dude" tactic isn't working, hasn't worked for a year, and probably won't work. Unless Slammed67 either takes legal action, or contacts someone with some authority over this kid he's not getting his money back, which is a meager $60 to begin with over a YEAR's time.

I've been ripped off a couple of times from people on or off this board, and I ultimately chalked it up as my gamble and loss - let the buyer beware. I don't see any point getting in arguments on the board. Telling people not to buy from them in the future is a smart idea, but getting all unhinged over a transaction that should have been more thought out is another thing.

Now banning him, that's another story, but again that has nothing to do with me either...

I don't see him banned yet. Why is that?
