I just did all 4 of mine. I'd say 4 hrs tops start to finish (tires off to on). Definetly only take one apart at a time. And lay the items in an orderly manor on the ground and try to reinstall opposite of removing. To me it's always been easier to remove the two springs holding the shoes to the backing blate first then the adjuster and spring first than remove one shoe and put a new one on then remove the other shoe and put the new one on then install the adjuster etc.....

1981 K30, 350/465/205 dana 60 and dually 14 bolt. Has a G80, and a flat bed. Going to replace the flat bed.
1985 K20, 350/400/208 10 bolt and SF 14 bolt. I wonder where I can find some 1 tons. Hmmmmm
