Thanks for the great tips. I've not yet made an opportunity to look at these yet, but they are on my list.

When we pulled everything out of the cab this last time, we took everything apart and used some felt with really sticky back side to line the inside of each receptor to make sure it had a good seal.

We have checked to make sure the door is opening and closing and it is. There are a couple of things I'd like to recheck, just to be sure.

One the alternator, I'm running a 100 amp alternator. I do have electric fans on the radiator and we've checked with those on/off and didn't make a difference.

I'm going to wait till it cools down some before digging back into it. These 95+ days are killers on a big man! I don't drive it daily (maybe one or twice a week).
