It happens more than you think, its all about what you can find or what finds you. If I find a smokin deal on a 4x4 c10 or blazer I am gonna go for it, in my case I am gonna be using a Dropmember anyways so the 2wd crossmember goes away just as easy as getting rid of the 4wd member. A lot of people don't re-use their control arms and go with tubular arms(or update to newer if 1st or 2nd gen c10) and get drop spindles.


You could be in even money with either a 4wd or 2wd lowered project.
