I agree with N2TRUX with the tires, that will really make a difference. Do you know how the truck was lowered? Springs only, springs and spindles, ???
Here's a shot of my '69 running a 4.5/6" drop (2.5" drop spindles and 2" springs, and 6" drop springs, shock relocators, etc.) from ECE (Early Classic Enterprises) along with a set of 255/40 and 295/40 series tires for that mild rake look.
