If I remember correctly, 9 and 10 are one piece with studs that reach through the back of 8. 1/4"-20 nuts on the back of 8 then hold the whole contraption together.

Since it is a big, giant waste of time and hose, plug the left side of 8 and the other end of where that hose comes from and only push air to one side of the center vent.
