Cool. I am out 290 @ 1960, well that's were I am building my truck, although I live in Spring by the Woodlands. As for chippin them, you can use a razor blade to cut the powdercoat at an angle and it will save you from that headache. I do powdercoating on small parts and have done that in the past for the same reason. I am subscribed to the build, can't wait to see what you have in store for us!
