Yep. Same here. I'm using an 86 Chev Suburban for the donor. Taking the whole engine cradle assembly. I think the power steering gear will bolt on too.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the rear axle yet. Someone on the board posted that I can just remove the axle shafts from the housing and switch them (I want 5 lug instead of the 6 lug). But others have said I will have to switch the whole axle assembly which means I need to buy new axle mounts to weld on the sub axle. If the axle shafts are the way to go, I then need to find the ratio of the rear end in the truck.
