Theres no cheap way to safely do what your trying to do. We tried to tell you that before. If you dont want to die trying its going to cost money. A center section with a good locker plus gears and the center section itself is going to be 1200 or more times 2. Then you need a housing and axles. Not to mention the brakes and everything else needed.
