If your bolts are as bad as mine were, don't even bother with the penetrating oil. My bolts were frozen to the steel sleeves in the bushings, so I had to cut off the bolt head on one side and the nut on the other with a cutoff wheel to get the stock shackles out. That's the only hard part though, smooth sailing after that!
