I recently bought a car w/ locks and wasted alot of time buying remover sockets that didn't fit in the hole in the mags, and asking a few tire shops. I finally spent 5 min taking them off with a chisel and BFH. The locks were pretty crappy steel.

Any name brand, large (about 1/2" to 3/4" wide) cold chisel should be fine.
