I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong but I believe that PS on truck thru '67 used a ram assist setup, not the interal box type like you are used to seeing. I think the ram assist setups used the same manual box but had a different center link that had a mount location for the ram to hook to and a bracket on the frame. I am not 100% clear on how they worked as I have never driven/worked on one. That said I also don't know if they changed the lock to lock ratio but I do think the turning radius stayed the same as the lower control arms had the steering stops and was what limited the left and right turning amount.
