Sorry about the pictures. It's getting hard to find a free picture host. Thanks Longhornmail for the link. I'll try and use them for future pictures. It was such a rotten day outside that I figured I would take the underside pictures. This truck was west coast all it's life in California and Oregon. Now I'm going to torture it to the Northeast US. I'll post some nice body shots when the weather gets better. Gee-Emm that is the one from E-bay that I bought. It is pretty much rust free with a few small exceptions. The bottom of the door is rusty you know the spot where the drain holes are. You can see it if you have Longhornmails special webshots decoder ring. Unlike some fellow board members I plan on keeping this truck at it's current height, with the original wheels, and only plan small upgrades. Maybe a HEI since I have a spare laying around. The dash has already been molested for the installation of an eight track, cb, and radio all in one unit. That has to go. The A/C compressor is gone and I'm going to have to decide whether to try and put the original all back or go with an Old Air one from GMC Pauls. The ventilation control panel seems like it needs some attention. At least I welded up the alternator bracket that broke today and installed it during the rain breaks. I found the build sheet under the seat today. It was in pieces but it was there.
