There should be a small plate that spans across the three points. You can make one with a drill pretty easy. Common prorblem as the plate was held in place by the two outer points pertruding the plate and then being peened over to hold the plate in place. I have just drilled out the piece and used very small screws with epoxy. It works fine. Good luck
