Absolutely it's possible! With your current wheel/tire combo, a 2/4 is about as low as you could go without rubbing the fenders. But once you get your 18s, you can do a 4/6 or 5/7 and still have a very good ride with the benefit of better handling as well.

Stick with good companies like BellTech, DJM, Western Chassis and McGaughy's and you'll be fine.

At all costs avoid AIM/ChassisTech/Truckn.com
