What are you having trouble with? If its rusted bolts then penetrating oil (not wd40) is your best friend. soak all the fasteners down good then let them sit a day or so, if they are still being stubborn heat from a torch can help out too.

Edit: I just re-read this and I realized I'm not sure if you are swapping the whole rear or just pulling the axleshafts to swap over. If you are swapping just the axleshafts then I think there is a difference in the length and you would be better off swapping the whole rear. I'm sure someone who knows more about this will chime in.
