I was concerned about the noise too as I'll be pulling a 25' gooseneck flatbed quite a bit next spring. That's why I went with glasspacks and not just straight pipes.
The Magnaflow had some noise, but not much. I wish I had a sound bite for you. It was alright, but sounded pretty bland. And it droned like a mother with the cruise set.
